Complete and submit the information below to report a problem regarding the following within the Brookhaven city limits: debris/leaves pick up, missing street signs, public water leaks, public sewer leaks, pot holes, missing street signs, obstruction of traffic lights or street signs, street light outages, street/road issues, and trees/limbs blocking traffic.

DIAL 9-1-1 or your local emergency number if you need immediate assistance from the Police Department, Fire Department, or an ambulance.
